The Malik Lectureship in Neurosurgery at Henry Ford Health is an annual event that brings together top experts in the Vascular Neurosurgery field to enhance knowledge and improve outcomes in neurosurgery. The 2025 event, will focus on topics related to cerebrovascular disease, such as carotid stenosis, carotid endarterectomy, and stroke. Nicholas Bambakidis, MD, Director of Cerebrovascular and Skull Base Surgery at University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center, is the featured speaker. He is known for his expertise in neurovascular surgery and skull base disorders, Dr. Bambakidis will contribute significant insights to the discussion.

Objectives
At the conclusion of this activity, learners will be able to:

  1. Apply evidence-based stroke protocols
  2. Evaluate complex neurovascular cases
  3. Discuss diagnostic tests and therapies in the treatment of patients with neurovascular diseases
