Review of current practice of diagnosing and treatment of Metabolic Dysfunction associated Liver Disease, suggesting a standardized Screening protocol, diagnostic criteria, guidelines for specialist referral and treatment algorithm for Primary Care Physicians. Review of current treatment strategies in Primary care for HIV/ AIDS, Frailty in the elderly, advances in the understanding of Developmental Delay throughout the life span and treatment plans, practice recommendations in Refugee/ immigrant health care.

1. Defining frailty, reviewing common models and tools for assessing the frailty, review of risk factors and exploring the management and interventions for managing and preventing frailty.
2. Understanding and caring for immigrant and refugee health.
3. Discuss importance of Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) as the key intervention for MASLD management and emerging research of lifestyle changes (nutrition, physical activity, and behavior modifications) in addressing MASLD.
4. MASLD- Discuss the need for and presenting a simple Screening and Management algorithm for MASLD.
5. A glance of the current quality improvement initiatives and research projects in the Department of Family Medicine.
6. Understand the factors that lead to health disparities for those with intellectual /developmental disability and explore ways providers and health system can take to reduce these disparities.
7. Increase awareness of disease burden, provide evidence for earlier treatment leading to improved outcomes
