Overview
The 16th Annual Conference of the Oncofertility Consortium, November 11-13, 2024, hosted by Henry Ford Health & Michigan State University Health Sciences at Detroit Marriott Renaissance Center, MI, USA, with the theme of “Unveiling Insights: Harnessing Our Data, Shaping Tomorrow's Impact”. The Annual Conference of the Oncofertility Consortium provides an accessible platform for national and international oncofertility leaders and those new to the field to share their perspectives, discoveries, and vision for the field of fertility preservation from basic science to translational research to clinical application. The conference offers unique opportunities for attendees to network and convene in-person and participate in this cutting-edge field and develop new initiatives for the upcoming years. All interested physicians, researchers, scientists, scholars, students, nurses, allied health professionals, social workers and patient advocates are welcome!

Objectives
At the conclusion of this activity, learners will be able to:

  1. Understand the most recent clinical and research updates in the field of Oncofertility.
  2. Participate in an advocacy effort if they desire
  3. Appreciate how big data can improve clinical care in Oncofertility.

*Oncofertility 101 Course registration does not provide access to other sessions of the conference.

 

Day 1 (as an alternative to the Oncofertility 101 course) there is also a Non-CME: Pre-Event Scientific Committees Breakout Sessions from 8am - 12pm - the Hosting Dept to provide details via email after registration

 

CME Credits available:

* All 3 days (with the Oncofertility 101 course on day 1) = 19.0

* All 3 days (but not with the Oncofertility 101 course on day 1) = 15.25

* Day 1 (with the Oncofertility 101 course on day 1) = 7.75

* Day 1 (Oncofertility 101 course only) = 3.75

* Day 2 = 7.50

* Day 3 = 3.75

            


Accreditation

This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint provider ship of Henry Ford Health and the Oncofertility Consortium. Henry Ford Health is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians. 

DESIGNATION STATEMENT:

Henry Ford Health designates this live course for a maximum of 19.00 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s) TM. Physicians should only claim the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

 

MOC STATEMENT:

“Successful completion of this CME activity, which includes participation in the evaluation component, enables the participant to earn:
- up to 19.0 MOC points in the American Board of Internal Medicine's (ABIM) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program; and
- 19.0 credit toward the CME requirement(s) of the American Board of Surgery’s (ABS) Continuous Certification program.

It is the CME activity provider's responsibility to submit participant completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABIM or ABS MOC credit. There is a 30-day post-event evaluation completion deadline to receive your CME/MOC credits.”
