We will have speakers and participants that represent many different locations across the state and country and will represent the incredible work of all working to improve the health of our homeless patients

Objectives
At the conclusion of this activity, learners will be able to:

  1. Share best practices of providing Street Medicine in the state of Michigan
  2. Set up opportunities to network between street medicine and community organizations in Michigan
